PLEASE NOTE: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to hold the date, the balance of which is due by the end of the event. If you cancel the event for any reason, you will receive 50% of the deposit back, providing you give at least 30 days notice. Travel expenses reimbursement is required if traveling over 50 miles one way, including traveling out of state. Please ask for details.
